How do I qualify for 10% discount?
To qualify for LFC’s 10% retail membership discount, you must have a current, qualifying All Red membership or Season Ticket.
All Red membership types that offer a 10% retail discount:
OUT NOW
All Red Full membership
All Red Light membership
All Red Junior 0-3 years
All Red Junior 4-8 years
All Red Junior 9-12 years
All Red Junior 13-16 years
Women’s, Men’s and Hospitality Season ticket holders will also receive the same discounts as All Red members.
How do I purchase an All Red Membership from the LFC Online Store?
All Red memberships for Season 2026/27 is available to purchase via the LFC Online Store now.

When you add the membership to your cart you will automatically receive 10% off all qualifying, full-price items attached to that transaction – excluding the membership itself.
If you already have a registered, active membership, you can still purchase additional memberships as gifts.
We expect All Red membership gift packs for season 2026/27 to be available in stores and online from July 2026.
I have received my All Red Membership Voucher in the post. Do I now need to activate it? How do I do this?
To become an active Member for season 2026/27, you must activate your voucher to utilise the benefits throughout the season. For instructions on how to redeem your voucher please go to: www.liverpoolfc.com/fans/membership/vouchers.
Make a note of your First Name, Last Name, Supporter ID, and Date of Birth - you will need this information to link your discount to your Official Liverpool FC Store account.
I am now an All Red member. How do I attach my valid membership to my retail account on liverpoolfc.com/store?
Create or Log into your store account here.
Once logged in, head to the checkout
Click ‘I already have a membership’
Populate both the ‘Date of Birth’ ‘Membership Number’ 'First Name' 'Last Name' fields
Make sure your first name and surname match the details in your membership account exactly. Please note that all characters are case sensitive.
Hit 'Apply'
If all the details are correct, your membership will now be paired, and your discount activated.
I have followed the steps above, but I still cannot redeem my 10% discount. What should I do?
Check your membership is active
Try logging in to the Members' Area here.
Once logged in, your profile will tell you what All Red membership type you have. If you have a Season Ticket, Full, Light or Junior account your membership is entitled to the 10% retail discount.
If your account says ‘Essential’, you don't have an All Red membership that qualifies for the 10% retail discount and you would need to upgrade to receive this benefit.
Make sure all your Membership details are confirmed
From within the Members' Area, go to the My Account link
Select the 'Edit' button below your My Profile details
Make a note of your First Name, Last Name, Supporter ID, and Date of Birth - you will need this information to link your discount to your Official Liverpool FC Store account.
And please remember - Your 10% Membership discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Offer does not apply to any other affiliated online stores. The 10% discount is not available for Little Liver Members.
Is there a ‘maximum spend’ on my 10% Retail Discount?
Yes.
You can use your 10% discount on a total of £2000 worth of products throughout the season. This means the total discount available for the season is £200. The £2000 can accrued be across one or multiple orders, throughout the season.
Your All Red Membership discount is only valid on items you purchase from us up to a cumulative value of £2000 per season.
Any additional purchases you make above that cumulative value in a season will not be subject to the discount.
