LFC OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP – 10% RETAIL DISCOUNT

How do I qualify for 10% discount?

To qualify for LFC’s 10% retail membership discount, you must have a current, qualifying Official LFC Membership, or Season Ticket. 

Memberships come in seven different types, each offering exclusive perks. The following six membership packs offer a 10% retail discount:

LFC Official Full Membership 24-25
LFC Official Mighty Red Membership 24-25
LFC Official Red Squad Membership 24-25
LFC Official Teen Red Membership 24-25
LFC Official Premium Membership 24-25
LFC Official Light Membership 24-25

Season ticket holders will also recieve the same discounts as members
 

How do I purchase a Membership from the LFC Online Store?

As of 3rd May, 2024/25 Membership vouchers will be available to purchase via the LFC Online Store. This will be a voucher that you will redeem online once Membership launches from June, any welcome pack associated with the Membership type would be dispatched once the voucher is redeemed.

When you add the membership pack to your cart you will automatically receive 10% off all qualifying, full-price items attached to that transaction – excluding the membership pack [RH6] itself.

If you already have a registered, live membership, you can still purchase additional packs as gifts.

We expect LFC Membership gift packs for season 2024/25 to be available in stores and online from June 2024.

 

I have received my Official Membership Voucher in the post. Do I now need to activate it? How do I do this?

To become an active Member for season 2024/25, you must activate your voucher to utilise the benefits throughout the season. For instructions on how to redeem your voucher please go to: www.liverpoolfc.com/fans/membership/vouchers. Please note: vouchers can be redeemed online from 1st June 2024. 

Make a note of your First Name, Last Name, Supporter ID, and Date of Birth - you will need this information to link your discount to your Official Liverpool FC Store account.

 

I am now an official member. How do I attach my valid membership to my retail account on liverpoolfc.com/store?

1. Create or Log into your store account on https://store.liverpoolfc.com/customer/account/login/
2. Once logged in, head to the checkout
3. Click ‘I already have a membership’
4. Populate both the ‘Date of Birth’ ‘Membership Number’ 'First Name' 'Last Name' fields
5. Make sure your first name and surname match the details in your membership account exactly. Please note that all characters are case sensitive.
6. Hit 'Apply'
7. If all the details are correct, your membership will now be paired, and your discount activated.
    

I have followed the steps above, but I still cannot redeem my 10% discount. What should I do?

Check your membership is active

1. Try logging in to the Members' Area here.
2. If you can log in, your 24/25  Membership is active - go to the next section, Confirming your Membership details
3. If you get a message saying 'you don't have access to this area', you don't have a valid 24/25 Membership and will need to renew your existing Membership or start a new Membership. Membership for 2024/25 will be on sale on the LFC website later in June. 
    

Make sure all your Membership details are confirmed

1. From within the Members' Area, go to the My Account link
2. Select the 'Edit' button below your My Profile details
3. Make a note of your First Name, Last Name, Supporter ID, and Date of Birth - you will need this information to link your discount to your Official Liverpool FC Store account
   Select 'Cancel' to close your details. You can exit My Account now.
4. And please remember - Sale items are excluded, and your 10% Membership discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Offer does not apply to any other affiliated online stores. The 10% discount is not available for Little Liver Members.

 

Is there a ‘maximum spend’ on my 10% Retail Discount?   

Yes.

You can use your 10% discount on a total of £2000 worth of products throughout the season. This means the total discount available for the season is £200. The £2000 can accrued be across one or multiple orders, throughout the season.

Your 2024/25 Membership discount is only valid on items you purchase from us up to a cumulative value of £2000 per season.

Any additional purchases you make above that cumulative value in a season will not be subject to the discount.
