I bought it for myself. I'm definitely not a small bloke but my "L" size was the largest I have ever seen.
When I reached out to the CS, they weren't really helpful.
It's now my "comfy-stay-at-home hoodie" because I can't wear it outside due to the size.
Kinda expensive for that kind of use.

Improvements:
Better sizing, more options to return/exchange.
I get you guys are not in the EU anymore but god, having to pay to return and being able to only return if there is a defect ( bad sizing isn't one apparently) is awful for the customer.
