Promotion Terms & Conditions

• Promoters:

The Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited (a company registered in England and Wales with company number 00035668 at Anfield Road, Liverpool, Merseyside, L4 0TH (“LFC”)

• Promotional period:

The Promotion will start at 9am (GMT) on Friday 6 November 2026 and ends at 7am (GMT) on Thursday 19 November 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

• Eligibility:

Online only: The Promotion is available only via the LFC Retail store online (https://store.liverpoolfc.com/) or via the ‘Official Liverpool FC Store’ app.  

Minimum spend applies: To benefit from the Promotion, your total spend (including the cost of products and any additional charges (including without limitation the cost of personalisation) must be £70 (GBP) or greater (before the Promotion has been applied). For purchases made in any currency other than GBP, the minimum spend and the corresponding discount value in each applicable currency shall be as set out in the currency conversion table at Annex 1.  

Product exclusions: The Promotion may only be redeemed with LFC Retail and excludes any other purchase (including but not limited to membership and tickets). The Promotion can not be redeemed against the purchase of gift vouchers or gift cards.  

Logged-in: To redeem the Promotion, you must be logged-in to your LFC All Red account.  

One per customer: The Promotion may only be redeemed once per customer.  

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers: The Promotion may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts, except for All Red Members’ 10% product discount code which may be used on the basket total. Where an All Red Members’ 10% product discount code is used, the Promotion shall apply to the minimum basket total after the All Red Members’ 10% product discount has been applied.  

18+: You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this Promotion.  

Ineligible customers: The Promotion may not be redeemed by employees of LFC.

  LFC £10 discount: The following terms shall apply to the ‘LFC £10 discount’: How to redeem: Provided that you meet the eligibility criteria, a discount worth £10 shall be automatically applied to your basket at the checkout stage. For purchases made in any currency other than GBP, the minimum spend and the corresponding discount value in each applicable currency shall be as set out in the currency conversion table at Annex 1.

  Missing discount: If this discount is not applied, you may not have met the eligibility criteria. Please check your basket and the eligibility criteria. If the issue persists, please contact LFC’s Supporter Services and we will try and help.

• General terms and conditions:  

Governing law and jurisdiction: The Promotion (and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it) shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to receive claims relating to this Promotion.  

No cash alternative: The Promotion has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

Right to end the Promotion: LFC may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time and without notice, including (without limitation) for reasons of error, fraud (or suspected fraud), or misuse/abuse (or suspected misuse/abuse). This does not affect your statutory rights.  

Other applicable terms: Your use of the LFC Retail Store, and purchases made with LFC, are subject to LFC’s terms and conditions of sale (available at: https://store.liverpoolfc.com/customer-services/terms-and-conditions).
