If you live overseas, but you still want to feel close to the Club you love - then International Membership is what you need.

Whilst there is no access to tickets with this type of Membership, there are plenty of other benefits for our International Members. The welcome pack for 2018/19 includes an exclusive Mohamed Salah flag, a pin badge and keyring. 

Further benefits include a Digital Programme sent to your email prior to every Premier League home game, a quarterly Digital Magazine, 10% discount in our official Club stores and online as well as a 30% discount on annual subscriptions to LFCTV GO.

International Members gain access to the Members’ Area which contains exclusive content and competitions as well opportunities to enter prize draws to win once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

Please note: Once you/the recipient has received the Membership pack in the post, you/they will need to enter your/their details using the voucher provided within the pack, this will enable access to the complete range of benefits associated with LFC Official International Membership.

International Membership does not provide any access to ticket sales. If access to the Additional Members’ Sales and other ticket sales is important to you, please choose an alternative Membership.

How Long Will My Online Store Order Take?

We aim to ship all normal orders between 3 and 5 working days.

UK orders normally arrive in 5/6 working days.

UK express orders when ordered before mid-day arrive the next working day.

UK CollectPlus Orders between 3 and 5 working days.

International orders normally arrive in 7 working days.

You will receive an e-mail from our distribution centre once your order has been shipped with track and trace information.

Express UK delivery is normally made by DPD

Standard UK delivery is normally made by Hermes

Online Store Returns Policy 

Categories excluded are : Confectionary & Food Product, Personalised Product and Sale Items

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 2 weeks of receipt in unworn / unused condition for a full refund or exchange. Please use the returns form on the reverse of the sales slip when returning items to us.

Please note that custom printed merchandise cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Liverpool FC does not accept any responsibility for players transferring from the club or changing their squad number. Liverpool FC will not accept any returns or refund requests outside of our normal returns policy if a player is transferred or changes their squad number.

We want you to feel confident about shopping with us. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will put the matter right.

We recommend if you do return an item to us, do so by recorded delivery. LFC will not accept responsibility for lost returns.
