How Long Will My Online Store Order Take?
We aim to ship all normal orders between 3 and 5 working days.
UK orders normally arrive in 5/6 working days.
UK express orders when ordered before mid-day arrive the next working day.
UK CollectPlus Orders between 3 and 5 working days.
International orders normally arrive in 7 working days.
You will receive an e-mail from our distribution centre once your order has been shipped with track and trace information.
Express UK delivery is normally made by DPD
Standard UK delivery is normally made by Hermes

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 2 weeks of receipt in unworn / unused condition for a full refund or exchange. Please use the returns form on the reverse of the sales slip when returning items to us.

Please note that custom printed merchandise cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Liverpool FC does not accept any responsibility for players transferring from the club or changing their squad number. Liverpool FC will not accept any returns or refund requests outside of our normal returns policy if a player is transferred or changes their squad number.

We recommend if you do return an item to us, do so by recorded delivery. LFC will not accept responsibility for lost returns.

How do I place a bid?
All users with a My LFC account or registered with the LFC Official Online Store can bid on auction items. To place a bid, find the item you wish to purchase on the Auction page, log in and enter the maximum amount you’re willing to pay in the bid box.
Can I cancel a bid?
By placing a bid, you are committing to buy the item at the maximum price you specify. Whilst we ask that you only place a bid once you are sure, you can cancel a bid if necessary, before the auction ends, by going to the My Auctions section of the My Account page. Find the bid you want to cancel and click Cancel in the Action column. Bids can not be cancelled after the auction ends.
What are the minimum and maximum amounts I can bid?
Bidders can outbid the current highest bidder by as little as £5 (€6.50, $6.50, AUD$9, SGD$9.50) up to a maximum of £2,000 (€2,600, $2,600, AUD$3,600, SGD$3,800). The amount you enter is the amount you will pay if you are successful. There is no automatic bidding up to your maximum amount.
How do I increase my maximum bid if I am the highest bidder?
If you are the highest bidder and wish to increase your maximum bid, you should cancel the original bid by following the steps above and place a new bid for the higher amount.
When will I find out if I’m the winner?
After the auction closes, all those who took part in the auction will receive an email to confirm whether you won or lost. A member of our team will also contact the winner to give additional details of how to pay and how to contact us.
How can I pay for my item?
Items must be paid for within three working days following the close of the auction. We accept the same payment methods as on the store including most major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal and all currencies supported on the store.
To proceed with your payment, return to the listing page or follow the link in the email our team sends and add the item to your basket. You can then checkout as normal with any other items in your basket.
Are auction items eligible for Membership discount?
Auction items are eligible for Membership discount just as a regular product. You will see this discount at the basket page when logged in with any valid membership. This reduction will not be reflected in your bids.
Will my name be visible?
For each individual auction you enter, a bidding alias is assigned based on the order you enter the auction, i.e. the first bidder becomes BIDDER1, the second BIDDER2 and so on. This name is generated per auction, not per user to protect the privacy of our users.
Can I see my bid history?You can view your bidding history across all items, past and present by visiting the My Auctions section of the My Account page.

When will I receive my item?We aim to despatch items within 3 working days of successful payment. We currently offer free worldwide delivery on all our auction items and will usually ship these items with DPD. We may use an alternative service or courier.
What does authentic match worn mean?All of the match worn shirts we auction have been worn by the players during a specific game and signed after the match. These are either boxed or framed and come with an official certificate confirming their authenticity.
