CANCELLING YOUR ORDER POST-PURCHASE

I have changed my mind about my LFC purchase; I have made an error. How do I cancel my LFC order?
- ) To cancel an LFC order on our webstore - https://store.liverpoolfc.com/ - ensure you are logged in to your LFC account first.
- ) Please note that fans and customers must already have or retrospectively create an LFC account in order to cancel an order.
Once logged in, head to your ‘My Account’ section - ) Head into the ‘My Orders’ section
- ) Underneath the ‘Actions’ column of your order history, you will notice a ‘Cancel’ button appears on any orders eligible for cancellation
Click the ‘cancel’ button against the order you wish to cancel - ) You will then be prompted via a ‘pop-up’ to confirm this decision. In response to ‘Are you sure you want to cancel this order’ - select YES
Once processed, you will receive confirmation of your cancellation within the same ‘pop up’ - ) Your order has now been cancelled
- ) To cancel an LFC order via the Official Liverpool FC Store APP, ensure you are logged into your LFC account first
- ) Please note that fans and customers must already have or retrospectively create an LFC account in order to cancel an order.
- ) Once logged in, head to the ‘More’ section featured at the bottom right of your mobile screen
- ) Head into ‘Track My Orders’
- ) You will the be re-directed to the webstore ‘My Account’ section - https://store.liverpoolfc.com/
- ) Follow steps 4-8 highlighted above to cancel your order
Please note that cancelling your order is only available up to thirty minutes after the order has been placed.
How much time after placing my order do I have to cancel that same order?
30 minutes.
I placed my order as a guest and I do not currently have an LFC account. Can I still cancel my order?
Yes. However, you will need to create an LFC account and follow these steps in order to do this:
- ) Register for an LFC account on the retail webstore or app - preferably using the same email address you used to place the order you want to cancel
- ) OR use your pre-existing LFC ‘single-sign-on’ credentials to log into the retail website or app
- ) Once your account has been set-up, you need to ‘link’ / ‘attach’ your most recent order to your account
- ) Head to ‘My Orders’
- ) Head to ‘Add Order By Number’
- ) Paste in the twelve-digit reference number of the order you wish to cancel
- ) Click ‘Add Order’
- ) Your order should now appear within the grid below
- ) Underneath the ‘Actions’ column of your order history, you will notice a ‘Cancel’ button appears on any orders eligible for cancellation
- ) Click the ‘cancel’ button against the order you wish to cancel
- ) You will then be prompted via a ‘pop-up’ to confirm this decision. In response to ‘Are you sure you want to cancel this order’ - select YES
- ) Once processed, you will receive confirmation of your cancellation within the same ‘pop up’
- ) Your order has now been cancelled
Please note that cancelling your order is only available up to thirty minutes after the order has been placed. Therefore, all actions highlighted above need to be completed within thirty minutes post-purchase.
I placed my order as a guest. Can I cancel that same order without creating an LFC account?
No. Fans and customers must already have or retrospectively create an LFC account in order to cancel an order.
Can I edit my order instead of cancelling it?
Unfortunately, no. Orders can only be cancelled in full post-purchase. No edits to shipping address, email address, phone number or ordered items can be made using the order cancellation feature.
Will cancelling my order also cancel the payment?
No. Your payment will have already been successfully processed. However, cancelling your order will trigger an automatic, full refund.
Will cancelling my order trigger an automatic refund?
Yes. Cancelling your order will trigger a full, automatic order refund, inclusive of postage charges.
How long will I have to wait to receive a full refund after my order has been cancelled?
Please allow 5-7 working days for your full refund to reach your account.
Will I receive an email confirming my cancellation?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address connected to your original purchase.
I entered an incorrect home address. Can I correct this post-purchase?
No. Orders can only be cancelled in full post-purchase. No edits to your shipping address can be made using the order cancellation feature.
I entered an incorrect email address. Can I correct this post-purchase?

I ordered multiples of the same item in error. Can I correct this post-purchase?
No. Orders can only be cancelled in full post-purchase. No edits to your ordered items – whether that be size or quantity amendments - can be made using the order cancellation feature.
I cancelled my order by mistake. Can this be amended?
No. All customer cancellation requests are final. All customers will receive a ‘final prompt’ asking them to confirm the following in an effort to prevent such mistakes: Are you sure you want to cancel this order? NO / YES
I used a unique discount code to place my order. After my order has been cancelled and refunded, will that discount code become valid again?
Unique, one-time-use discount codes expire post-purchase. Please reach out to LFC’s Fan Services team here to arrange a replacement code for your replacement order. Please note that unique discount codes are subject to their respective terms, conditions and expiry dates.
I placed my order during a promotional discount offer. You may have used a promo code; the discount may have been automatically applied at checkout. After my order has been cancelled and refunded, can I redeem the same promotion on a replacement order?
