The health and safety of our supporters and staff is our top priority, and so based on the latest Government advice on social distancing, we have made the decision to temporarily close all of our Official LFC Club Stores in the UK & Ireland from 18th March until further notice – medical advice dependent. store.liverpoolfc.com remains open and supporters can stay updated at @LFCRetail, @LFCRetail and at liverpoolfc.com. From Monday 16th March 2020 our exchange and refund policy has been extended from 14 days to 30 days.
Please be aware that all orders placed are subject to delays in the current climate.
Orders will be shipped (Monday – Friday), we will aim to dispatch orders up to 7 days after the order is placed.

UK Parcel Deliveries
At present all carrier partner parcel operations continue as normal.
All hubs and depots are working as normal and we have no closures impacting on any carrier site.
International Parcel Deliveries
India Update: Wednesday 26th March - All DHL Pickup and Delivery Services in India have been suspended until further notice - Unfortunately, store.liverpoolfc.com will not be taking orders with Indian delivery addresses until services resume as normal.
Outside of that, at present, international parcel operations are continuing largely as normal.
We are seeing some evidence of delays to countries with special measures and restrictions in place.
If you are shipping to a country with official lockdown measures, using collection points or a business address, please check with the service provider that they intend to remain open.
As this is an evolving situation, please be aware that all international orders may be subject to unforeseen delays.
Our Distribution Centre remains open and LFC remains committed to delivering all orders quickly and efficiently. Any updates to this situation will be communicated on this page.
