How to use:

• Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 150ml water, milk, or drink of your choice. 
• Shake well and enjoy!

When to take:

• Preferably 15-60 minutes after exercise to support muscle growth.
• During the day between meals to boost your protein intake (minimum of 2 hours between consumptions of food/shake).
• Before bed for muscle repair and growth while you sleep.
