Caring for your flask:

Hot Liquids/Food:

When using your flask for hot liquids/food, fill with boiling water for 30 seconds to preheat, empty and fill with hot liquids/food. Liquids/food should be as hot as possible and poured into flask immediately, making sure the lid is secured tightly.

Cold Liquids/Food:

When using your flask for cold liquids/food, fill with cold or iced water for 3 minutes to precool, empty and fill with cold liquids/food. Liquids/food should be as cold as possible and poured into flask immediately, making sure the lid is secured tightly. Caution! Do not use to store or carry carbonated drinks. Do not overfill the vacuum flask. Always check the lid is closed before lying the flask on its side. Manufacturer will not be responsible for any damage due to leakage.
