Choose the store you wish your order to be delivered to.

What do I need to bring to collect my order from store?

Please bring the following items with you:

1. Proof of purchase - a copy of your order confirmation email or your despatch email confirmation.
2. An acceptable form of ID must be presented by the customer to release associated parcels (A valid government issued Photo ID: Pasport, Driver's license, military ID or a valid Photo ID containing full name along with a utility bill, wage slipt or bank statement with full name)
3. If someone else is collecting the goods on your behalf, they must present your proof of purchase, as well as their own photo ID (passport or photo driving license). A proof of connection to the address on UPS label or to the named person

How will I know my order is ready for collection?

The expected timeframe is highlighted in the checkout and we will send you an email when your order is available for collection.

How long are orders held in store for collection?

You will have up to 10 days to collect your order.  If you haven’t collected your order after 10 days it will be sent to our Returns Department and you will be refunded. Please note Customised player/personalised Liverpool products cannot be exchanged or refunded. Squad numbers correct at time of publishing: LFC holds no responsibility for subsequent changes to squad numbers or if a player is transferred. Items that include personalisation will not be refunded, these items will be held at our distribution centre for 60 days - after this point they will be destroyed.

Which stores offer Collect From Store delivery?

All 6 of our UK stores offer Collect From Store delivery (Anfield, Liverpool One, Williamson Square, Chester, Belfast, Ilac, Swords). 

What time can I collect my order from store?

You can collect your order any time during store opening hours. To view the store opening hours for the store you are collecting from visit our Store Finder.

I am unable to collect my order from store. Can someone else collect it for me?

If someone else is collecting the goods on your behalf, they must present your proof of purchase, as well as their own photo ID (passport or photo driving license). A proof of connection to the address on UPS label or to the named person must also be presented.

You can nominate someone else to collect your order but this is only available when placing your order.
